Online booking system
Northlink Ferries is a British shipping company that sails daily between Shetland and Orkney. They needed a new online booking system as their old one did not meet up to the customers' requirements. The project aimed to design the booking interface based on the underlying system’s capabilities and APIs.
THE ASSIGNMENT
The goal was to design an easy-to-use booking system for their main target group and designing and implementing a more modern and friendly visual style.
MY ROLE
I was responsible for redesigning the booking flow and profile pages to be easier to use (even on small screens). I also made icons and illustrations.
The new design has received a lot of positive feedback from their customers
