For internships and job seekers

Connect by school is a company that wants to help students get internships and to help companies find interns. When I got the assignment, Connect by School was then a completely new company and they needed a website for their business idea, a platform primarily aimed at students in upper secondary and post-secondary schools, but also jobseekers. They had no visual identity other than a logo, which they did not like.

THE ASSIGNMENT

The overall goal was to make a responsiv website with focus on the mobile part. They wanted the site to be similar of social media where the companies post their job ads and write regular posts to a feed, so the student would easily find them. They also wanted an app but as the project had a very limited time frame, we opted to build a hybrid app instead. Which worked very well.

MY ROLE

I was responsible for designing and prototyping a user flow and developing a visual identity as well as the final design of the webpage and hybrid app. I also made icons and illustrations and redesigned their logo.
